We provide nationwide delivery.

All deliveries will be made on the same day for all orders received before 12:00 PM (excluding holidays and festive seasons). Otherwise the deliveries will be made on the next day, or on the first day of the following week if you happened to make your order on Sunday or late Saturday. Please be noted that deliveries on specific time may require prior arrangement.

For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other special dates where flowers traditionally are in high demand, please submits your order at least two weeks in advanced to guarantee the availability of stocks.

Special arrangements have to be made with us to accommodate orders for deliveries on public holidays and/or Sundays. Kindly acknowledge us earlier (1 to 2 days) for deliveries to be made on Sunday and Saturday i.e.. by Friday or Thursday.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we may choose to:

1. Call the recipient to rearrange the delivery time.
2. Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to contact us Cempaka Sari  and arrange a convenient time for redelivery.
3. Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.

If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the flower arrangement to their place of work.
